Terms & Conditions:

      • 1. Promotion Eligibility
        –  This promotion is valid for bookings made between 1st of May 2026 and 30th May 2026.
        –  The promotional offer applies only to specific marquee packages as advertised.
        – Subject to availability on your selected date(s).
        2. Booking and Payment
        – A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure the
        promotional rate.
        – Full payment must be made no later than 30 days before the event date.
        – Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a signed hire agreement.
        3. Availability
        –  All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
        4. Delivery and Set-Up
        – The promotion does not guarantee availability on any specific date unless confirmed in
        – Delivery and collection charges apply and are based on the event location. Please contact us for a quote. 
        5. Cancellations
        – Cancellations made more than 30 Days before the event will forfeit the deposit only.
        – Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may be subject to full payment.
        6. Weather & Ground Conditions
        -The client is responsible for ensuring the ground is suitable for marquee installation.
        – We reserve the right to decline installation if the conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
        7. Damages
        – The client is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the hire period. A refundable damage deposit may be required and will be returned after inspection.
        8. Modifications
        – The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

– We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
